I’m not too sure how your iPhone bill was negative towards iPhone or AT&T, I always thought of it as a funny, short, little vblog and enjoyed it, but that is just me.

And good thing you cleared that up for the rest.

Also having AT&T showing everything you used your phone for great for people that want to double check to make sure they are not being screwed over.

No idea how anyone come to the assumption you were against either one of AT&T or Apple, nice to see you addressing the issue however!

It never hit me that you were turning into a Mac hater. For those that are new to your blog, I’m glad you said it.

If that’s the case then I suggest you change your previous post or delete it, because it really suggests negativity towards AT&T’s billing methods when you call it “completely unnecessary” and urge people to change to online billing.

Anyone who misunderstood your video didn’t take the time to watch it. I found it funny. But girl–35,000 texts in a month, I remain in awe.

I’m sure people are flipping out because they don’t know YOU and how you operate. And everyone always wants to create a little drama, so it’s probably that too. The media makes a big deal out of things that are not a big deal while ignoring the actual message/issue.

I agree! I think people realized after seeing your interview that your motive was not to criticize either company but to encourage people to use e-billing and save a tree in the process. I really appreciate you stopping by the blog and being a fellow AT&T customer, I too like AT&T!

The video spoke for itself with the final graphic urging email for billing. Looked great on my iPhone from Youtube via wifi.

When I first saw the clip on fox news I thought it was going to be a crazy bill. But then the actual interview was run and you stated clearly that the bill was only a tracking of your usage. And not an indication of how much the bill was.

BTW - the interview was good and you handled yourself well.

I thought your video just showed how crazy it was that ATT sent your iphone bill in a box like that. Anyone that thinks you hate Mac obviously hasn’t seen anything else you have done. It’s unfortunate that some people attacked you the way they did after you released the video, hopefully this clears some things up.

I just saw the video from Foxnews.. Did you say you spent 275 bucks a month on your phone? If so >>> Holy Cow! Well until later … Happy Texting.

Not a big deal. I had a friend who ended ups pending nearly 400 dollars on regular phone calls (holy sky, where did he call to? China?)

I haven’t tried out the iPhone yet but then again everyone knows I am a computer fan first and foremost, lol.

I think Apple and AT&T should really take advantage of your video and spread the message on using eBilling. They could save a ton of money by simply not sending any hard copies. And at the same time, save the environment. Hey its a win-win for both companies and consumers…how bad can that be?

Yeah I do use eBilling for my credit cards, phone bills, etc and pay them all online in my country. Saves money, saves quite a bit of time and all at the comfort of my home.

Oh btw…35,000 text messages? Think you just became my new hero, I am barely making 300…I think..

If I didn’t have so many grandfathered things with t-mobile like unlimited text for me and my wife for 9.99, I would have switched already. For now I’ll wait and see if they open it up to others later down the road.

I saw your video on the news, and I thought it was crazy how they paid something like $10 to ship it to you? And that they wasted all that paper and everything.. I think it’s a great video & not negative at all!

I agree with Jason, this video really should be used to spread the word about online billing. Also, AT&T and Apple should use this to their advantage in terms of how big a fan you are of the iphone & their company - they should pay you to be a spokesmodel!
