If you travel a little (or a lot) this website is great for organizing your flight itineraries, hotels, car rentals, and even restaurant reservations using open table!
Email all of your confirmations to plans@tripit.com and they will automatically be added into easy to view itineraries of events for your trip. You can even sync your gcal and get mobile updates!
